What is Hired AI?
Hired AI is an iPhone app that applies to jobs for you. You upload your resume once, then swipe through jobs matched to your experience and preferences. For each job you choose, Hired AI can tailor your resume to the posting, fills out the employer's application and submits it in your name. You track every application and reply in the app. It's available in the US on iPhone and iPad.
Does it actually submit applications?
Yes. Hired AI submits real applications to the employer's own application system, in your name. When an application asks something only you can answer, such as your availability or a legal agreement, it pauses and asks you first. Your answer is saved for the next application that asks the same thing.
Which jobs can it apply to?
US-based and remote jobs posted on employers' own job boards. Today that means jobs hosted on Greenhouse and Paylocity, which include a wide range of office and hourly roles. Your matches come from 60,000+ open jobs.
How much does it cost?
Hired AI Pro is $39.99 a month with a 3-day free trial, or $14.99 a week. Billing is handled by Apple, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple account settings.
How do credits work?
Pro includes 100 credits a week. A standard application uses 1 credit and an application with a tailored resume uses 2, so you can send up to 100 applications a week. Credits reset weekly and don't roll over. If an application fails to go through, its credits are refunded automatically.
Does tailoring make things up?
No. Tailoring rewords and reorders your real experience to match what the posting asks for. It never invents jobs, dates, skills or credentials. The app shows you what changed, and you can always send your original resume instead.
What happens to my data?
Your information is used to find jobs for you and complete the applications you choose. We never sell your data, and we never collect Social Security numbers. You can delete your account and its data in the app at any time. Keep in mind that employers who have already received an application keep their copy.
Is it available outside the US?
Not yet. Hired AI is currently available in the United States only.
